Mitchell Leslie
comes from an extensive administration background in the medical and optometric
fields. She has been with Universal Wellness Associates since 2005 and like many
of you, came here because of her own health concerns. That led into having the
exciting privilege of being part of establishing a new office and sharing in the
continued growth and planning at Universal Wellness Associates, helping to educate
clients and provide the most effective modalities possible, in order to assist
them in reaching their health goals. To that end Leslie is currently enrolled
in a Nutrition Consultant course and hopes to be certified by 2008.
Michelle
Robinson
Michelle
has BS in Psychology and post graduate work in education counseling. She spent
14 years working extensively in the social service field as a counselor, advocate,
facilitator and trainer for children, teen-agers and families. After leaving social
work, she worked as a consultant developing training materials and then created
a relationship coaching and training practice. She is a licensed clinical hypnotherapist.
She has also trained in various emotional release modalities that she shares during
her sessions so that each person is empowered to carry over the work accomplished
during the sessions into their daily lives. Her
passion for health and empowerment has come from years of her own personal health
challenges and frustrations with vague physical and emotional symptoms that didn't
seem to resolve nor could be diagnosed with conventional means. She knew that
something was wrong and that life didn't have to be painful and dissatisfying.
This deep conviction and passion set her on a personal journey to seek solutions.
She found that just treating her symptoms wasn't the answer and that she had to
address her "dis-ease" from a different perspective - emotional and
spiritual as well as physical. Through her journey, she began to rejuvenate her
health through proper nutrition, addressing emotional issues and shifting her
beliefs to create a higher degree of health. As such, she brings years of professional
experience and her own passion for health into her work at Universal Wellness
Associates.
