Come have dinner with us and make new friends with others who care about health and nutrition. Each class includes a full meal. Class also       includes recipes, information and inspirational ideas to incorporate into your cooking and eating plans.

 

Soup up your metabolism-Make delicious broths and warm meals that fill you up and jump start a sluggish metabolism. We will share some other potent ways to boost your metabolism and increase your energy potential.

Wednesday February 28th, 6:OO– 8:00PM

 

Great grains-Learn how to cook and eat alternative grains and flours. This class is especially good for people with wheat and gluten allergies. Come taste test some delicious samples.

Wednesday March 28th, 6:00-8:00PM

 

Make friends with vegetables-Learn new ways to prepare old favorites and expand your veggie offerings. Learn some healthy anti aging     secrets with powerful antioxidant filled vegetables.

Wednesday April 25th, 6:00-8:00PM

 

Each class is $30.00 and you must register in advance.
